Call for papers
Studia Iuridica invites submissions for its upcoming special issue (No. 108 or 109), focusing on the legal and theoretical dimensions of recognizing nature as a subject of law. The issue will explore questions around legal personhood, the subjectivity of environmental entities, and comparative perspectives on legislative practices worldwide.
Studia Iuridica will consider original research articles (20,000–40,000 characters) and case notes (10,000–20,000 characters) that address topics listed in the attached call for papers. The submission deadline is 31st May 2025.
Submissions must follow OSCOLA formatting guidelines and be submitted via the ICI Publisher’s Panel. No publication fees apply. For further details, please consult the attachment.
